---------- Its the weekend for me and a busy one at that. Jess, my friend from OTTAWA, the CHEO CHAMPION CHILD from a few years back...is in the hospital again, so ill be stopping in to see her. Her spirits are slightly fractured, hopefully on the mend from friends and family stopping by tomorrow and sunday.

Please pass along your well wishes and your prayers to her and ill promise to do the same in return for the loved ones in your life :)
