Pembroke Police are investigating a series of complaints concerning counterfeit 100 dollar bills.

So far the investigation shows that at least 7 businesses have been targeted. Patrons have used the old paper 100's and not the new plastic type bills.

The suspects in the incidents have been described as a black man and woman in their 30's, very fit looking and well dressed.

Anyone with information related to the investigation is asked to call Pembroke Police or Crimestoppers.
